We’e released our Record Set Routing node into Aegis, a transformative addition for Network Services customers using Core and Aegis for their voice traffic. This release marks a significant leap forward, enabling seamless activation of org wide Core and Aegis campaigns and workflows through a single, unified Aegis workflow. Thus eliminating the need for intricate decision logic that once added complexity to workflow management. Magic!
The new Record Set Routing node acts as an intelligent router at the frontend of all voice traffic. By dynamically directing calls into specific Aegis workflows (and associated Core campaigns) based on from/to numbers passed in on every SIP call, it delivers unparalleled granularity and flexibility in a single, streamlined step.
