- Five9 Integration with Advanced Lead Field Keys: For Five9 customers, we’ve introduced the ability to configure single or multiple reserved lead field keys at the campaign, list, or organizational level during list uploads. This enhancement streamlines list management, maintains data integrity, and ensures seamless alignment with your existing systems.
- In Progress, Messaging and SPAM Sentry Enhancements: We’re aligning ShortCode and Toll-Free messaging in Engage with Core for a more cohesive, efficient experience. Additionally, we’re refining SPAM Sentry by separating it into two distinct processes, number identification and replacement execution, for greater control and effectiveness.
