We’re excited to share this week’s product updates, feature releases, UI enhancements, and service updates that continue to expand how you can optimize the Pure CallerID Services Suite for you needs.
What’s New This Week?
- Core and Aegis coverage (voice and messaging): Now extends to Canada and Puerto Rico, broadening our North American coverage for increased efficiency, deliverability, and routing.
- Ongoing refinements for Engage SMS and Aegis: We've upgraded both Engage SMS and Aegis to enhance performance and interoperability to deliver a more robust user experience.
- Webhook changes: A new webhook is now available in the webhook library for real-time single lead uploads, offering efficient and transparent integration for BI tools, analytics teams, and your data stores. We have also retired the legacy SMS webhook, as it has been replaced with a set of additional webhooks for the Engage SMS service, as detailed last week.
- Force Refresh: Ability to force a refresh in advance of the scheduled refresh period for all Core pools is now accessible to your Account Management team, who will proactively engage to address deliverability issues, engagement rate concerns, or unforeseen blacklisting. This feature can also be requested by customers if you’re concerned about metrics our automation might miss or that we lack access to without engagement results from your CCaaS or UCaaS platform.
-
Visual UI Updates: We’ve added transparency into all features enabled on each Core campaign and associated pools, to provide greater insight to our customers for the specific configuration on each Campaign including some key components:
- Campaign status; Campaign ID; Campaign type; CNAM identity; FTC Org ID, Branded calling; Dialer campaign; Assigned lists; Campaign configurables; and additional Campaign features
- We’ve removed the duplicate SMS Activity chart from Core campaigns, improving dashboard accuracy and reducing redundancy for a more streamlined reporting experience.
What’s in progress?
- Tier 1 Voice Services Advancements: Our Class 4 Switch for Network Services has been improved and is rolling out in select markets to our Voice customers, with additional upstream carriers enhancing our best-in-class session capacity, deliverability, and reduced latency, dropped calls, and other performance metrics.
- Critical Operational Components: We’re advancing operational carrier numbers and call authentication via STIR/SHAKEN, furthering our commitment to enhanced authentication, A-token attestation, and additional performance increases for improved delivery 24/7.
- Documentation Store: Significant volume of additional articles are being released consistently in our support portal, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and ease of use with content addressing most-requested asks, expanded lexicon for Aegis nodes, Engage SMS features and use cases, as well as an ever-expanding set of general-use articles.
