Your kickoff call is a key part of onboarding, where we will:

✅ Walk through platform features – Get familiar with the tools and how to manage your numbers effectively.
✅ Discuss your strategy – Align on goals, campaign implementation, and best practices.
Scheduling Your Kickoff Call
Your Account Manger will reach out with available times for your initial enablement call. If you haven’t scheduled one yet, simply reply to your onboarding email or contact our support team to request a time that works best for you.
How to Prepare for Your Kickoff Call
To make the most of our time together, we recommend gathering the following details before the call. This will help speed up the setup process and allow us to focus on strategy and implementation.

- Legal Corporate Name
- Corporate EIN
- Corporate HQ Business Address (must match Secretary of State filing)
- Corporate Website
- Corporate Phone Number
2. Primary Contact Information
- Corporate Officer Name
- Title
- Phone Number (can be Corporate Number)
- Email Address
3. Approved CNAM(s)
- Your preferred Caller ID Name (CNAM) (15-character limit on what will display for outbound calls)
What Happens After the Kickoff Call?
