Phone numbers can be added to the UC Protect service, enabling Pure CallerID to track and display information about those numbers.
Numbers are managed by providing a CSV file. The first column should be the phone number and the second column is an optional description.
Select the Action to add or remove the numbers provided in the associated file. If adding, a third option will appear, allowing selection of an associated business record.
Counts are displayed for managed numbers, SPAM activity alerts, CNAM errors, FTC complaints, and registration pending.
Detailed information is displayed for managed numbers:
- Number
- Description
- Status
- Last Scan: The last time the managed phone number was checked.
- SPAM: SPAM Rating.
- Usage: Activity level on a scale from 0-100.
- CNAM
- FTC: Number of FTC complaints associated with the number.
- Type
- Carrier
The following fields are spam checkers using different metrics:
- TrueSpam: Anything less than 50 indicates an OK number.
- NomoRobo: Zero is OK, one indicates SPAM.
- IceHook: Anything less than 60 indicates an OK number.
- CleanCall: PASS indicates that the number is OK.
Individual numbers may be searched via the search bar or the entire list may be downloaded as a CSV file.
