Campaigns
Displays campaigns for the selected workspace. Information includes:
- Name

Status: INITIALIZING, PROCESSING, or ACTIVE.
- INITIALIZING indicates the campaign is newly created and is completing start-up tasks.
- PROCESSING indicates the campaign is currently executed a scheduled processing task. The campaign is unavailable for list upload during this processing.
- ACTIVE at all other times, indicating the campaign is established and not currently doing any processing work. Campaigns most commonly has the ACTIVE status.

CNAM Identity
- Forward to: The phone number that all incoming calls and SMS messages are forwarded to.
Select a campaign from the list to navigate to the Campaign Overview. From there view and edit campaign information, add lists, view the event log, and more.
Create Campaign
Specific fields may be different depending on the specific workspace:
- Campaign name: The chosen name of the new campaign.
- CNAM identity: Sets the proper business name to appear when sending calls and SMS messages.
- Associated dialer campaign: Choose which dialer campaign to associate with the campaign. Not applicable for Pinpoint dialer types.
- Enable state filtering: Allows state filtering for the campaign, where phone numbers will only be provisioned if they are from allowed regions.
- Select states to allow: Choose which states that can provision numbers if selecting allowed states.
Workspaces that allow full coverage campaigns
- Provisioning type: Select between List based, Full coverage, and 10DLC Messaging provisioning types.
- Numbers per location: Choose how many numbers in each state for full coverage, if full coverage is selected.
Dialer Specific Campaign Fields
RingCX
- Enable Managed Campaign: Enabling this option configures the campaign for importing lists from RingCX. Managed campaigns do not allow list upload into Pure CallerID.
- Reimport Interval: For managed campaigns, schedules the number of days before a dialer list is automatically reimported for continued lead updates.
Voice Campaign
Overview
- Campaign name
- Inbound forwarding: The number that inbound calls get forwarded to.
- Default mapping template
- Replace Options
- Enable real time number provisioning
If the campaign's provisioning type is full coverage and the workspace dialer type is PREM, there will be an option to turn on/off forcing full coverage sentry.
If the campaign is in a RCX Workspace, there will be an additional option:
- Reimport Interval: Allows user to select how often a list can be reimported, if campaign is managed. The default interval is 45 days.
Additional campaign configuration information is available along with graphs displaying List and Sentry activity.
DataBoost
Select certain fields to send to the dialer along with the leads. Once DataBoost is enabled each field can be mapped to a column in the lead list. Admins may also choose to send only active numbers to the associated dialer.
- Is valid: True if the phone number is valid, false otherwise.
- Activity score: Numeric value between 0 and 100, with 100 being consistent activity in previous 12 months and 0 indicating a disconnected number.
- Line type: Landline, Premium, NonFixedVOIP, Mobile, FixedVOIP, TollFree, Other, or Voicemail.
- Carrier: The company that provides voice and/or data services for the phone number.
- Prepaid: True if the phone is associated with a prepaid account.
- Active: True if the activity score is greater than 30 and the phone number is valid.
Watchtower
Provides settings to fine tune lead imports and statuses.
- Reject duplicate leads: Disallow duplicate leads from being imported.
- Known litigator scrubbing: Remove known litigators from the lead list.
- National DNC scrubbing: Remove leads that are on the National Do Not Call list.
- State DNC scrubbing: Remove leads that are on the Do Not Call list in their state.
- Verisk Jornaya LeadiD verification: Activates Verisk Jornaya LeadiD verification on imported lists, if integration exists.
- ActiveProspect TrustedForm verification: Activates ActiveProspect TrustedForm verification on imported lists, if integration exists.
Lists
Add lists to a campaign or view previously added lists. The method of adding lists to the campaign differs depending on campaign settings. If a managed RingCX campaign, dialer lists can be imported by selecting a list from the drop down menu. In all other cases lists can be added for upload.
List information includes:
- Name
- Status
- List type
- Date: The date the list was entered.
- Leads: The amount of leads generated from the list.
Clicking on a list will expand the row, providing more detailed information. Expanded information includes details about supplied leads and processing time. The processed list can be downloaded as a CSV file.
Pool
Search by specific phone number or download a CSV file containing the details of each number in the campaign.
- Number
- City
- State
- Status: The status of the phone number. ACTIVE means the phone number is currently usable. AGING means the phone number will be removed, starting with a 7 day lifespan.
- Created
- Usages
- Spam: The spam rating of the phone number, ranging from LOW to HIGH.
Leads
Search by specific lead number or download a CSV file containing the details of each lead in the campaign.
- Phone
- Status: The status of the lead. The status has many different possible values, with READY being the most common, meaning that the lead has been imported properly and is ready for use.
- Zip
- Caller ID: The phone number in the number pool that is associated with the lead.
- Loaded: The date that the lead was loaded into the campaign.
Messaging Campaign
Overview
- Inbound forwarding: The number that inbound SMS messages get forwarded to.
- Default mapping template: The chosen mapping template. A mapping template is a template that guides the lead list reader, making sure it is parsing the correct information from the correct places.
- Status: The current status of the campaign.
- ID: The numerical ID associated with the campaign.
- Campaign type: The type of the campaign. Will always say "10DLC Messaging" for messaging campaigns.
- CNAM Identity: The CNAM Identity associated with the campaign.
Additional campaign configuration information is available along with a graph displaying SMS activity.
Messaging
View information related to the selected 10DLC campaign, which can be changed using the dropdown selector.
Information includes:
- Core Campaign Status
- 10DLC Campaign Status
- Created: The date that the campaign was created.
- Updated: the date the campaign was most recently updated.

Pool
Provides information about the phone numbers provisioned to the campaign. Admins may filter phone numbers, download numbers as a CSV file, or verify the 10DLC numbers.
Information includes:
- Number
- City
- State
- Status
- Created: The date that the phone number was provisioned
- 10DLC: 10DLC status of the number.
A maximum of 49 numbers can be provisioned to each campaign, one for each U.S. continental state (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and one for the District of Colombia.
